Rice Cake with Brown Sugar Syrup

Rice Cake: 16pcs

 

  1. Drop 60g brown sugar and 1/6 tsp salt into pot with water, cook for 2-3 minutes with low heat, cook until slightly thicker, let cool and set aside.
  2. Glutinous rice flour mix with 50ml hot water, then add 80ml water little by little and mix well to make dough.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, roll out the dough.
  4. Cook over medium low heat for 4 - 5minutes until golden brown on each side.
  5. Place rice cake on plate, add soybean powder and brown syrup then serve.
