The website operated by Chewy International Foods Limited ("Chewy") is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

 

· Confirmation

Once you place the order, Chewy will confirm your delivery order by email & SMS. Chewy will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses and telephone number by customers, or due to issues that are out of Chewy's control such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.

 

· Breakage and exchange

Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. Please lodge with our Customer Service Department to exchange the goods if you find any damages or deficiencies. If customer has signed after receiving the goods, Chewy reserves the right to refuse your request after delivery.

Customers would like to terminate the order, please call our customer service hotline at (852) 2674 6621. If exceed the deadline, we shall have the discretion to refuse your request.

 

· Title

Chewy shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received. All risks in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. But, we cannot accept responsibility for goods left unattended at the customer's request.

 

· Payment Terms

1). All product prices listed are in HK dollars.

2). The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order.

3). Customer should select the payment method when place the order.

4). All orders are subject to company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. Customer will receive the final order receipt upon delivery.

5). We reserves the right to change the payment terms and product price for any order without prior notice.

 

· Local delivery

Local delivery are only suitable for the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and parts of outlying islands. Any query regarding the delivery location, please contact our customer service hotline at (852) 2674 6621.

 

Free delivery is offered when you purchase over HK$250. For orders under HK$250, $100 delivery charge will be applied.

 

Delivery service is not applicable to buildings that cannot be reached by the lift. In the event of a lift is out of order we will inform you to re-arrange the time of delivery.

 

We reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time.

 

Customer is requested to call our customer service hotline at(852)2674 6621 or contact the related salesman immediately of any change to their kinds of goods, quantities, delivery address and time.

 

Delivery service will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this case Chewy will contact customer to re-schedule delivery time.

 

Chewy reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

 

Delivery service is not applicable outside Hong Kong.

 

Chewy may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Chewy's determination shall be final. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
