Singaporean Fried Rice Stick

Stuff: Rice Stick 100g, egg 20g, chives 10g, sprouts30g, onion 30g, garlic 10g, shrimp 40g, shred pork 50g, oil 2 tablespoons, sesame
Seasoning: soy sauce 1tablespoon, oyster sauce 1tablespoon, curry powder 1tablespoon, chicken soup 200c.c.
  1. Put rice stick in water for about 10 mins, then rinse and drain.
  2. Clean the shrimp, slice the onion and garlic, cut the chives.
  3. Fry the egg and shred it.
  4. Put 2 tablespoons of oil, onion and garlic into a pan and fry. Add shredded pork and shrimp, then put in rice stick and seasoning. Fry them with high heat. Then, switch to low heat and boil until the sauce is full absorbed.
  5. Add sprout, chives and fry. Remove from fire. Add sliced egg and sesame. Then, it is ready to serve.
